1. First, you have to download Lollipop CyanogenMod 12.0 ION Custom ROM for S Plus GT-I9001.
2. Now you have to download GAPPS for S Plus GT-I9001.
3. Go to Settings S Plus GT-I9001 and enable USB debugging.
4. Now you have to connect the S Plus GT-I9001 with a PC via a USB cable.
5. After connecting S Plus GT-I9001, you need to transfer GAPPS and CyanogenMod 12.0 ION ZIP file to the SD card from the GT-I9001. Then, turn off.
6. Disconnect the USB cable from the S Plus GT-I9001 and then you have to put it into Recovery Mode.
7. Now you have to select "wipe data / factory reset" option from S Plus GT-I9001 main menu.
