How To Install I9515LUBU1ANJ1 Android 4.4.2 KitKat On Galaxy S4 (Value Edition) GT-I9515L Manually
  1. Download Odin v3.09.
  2. Firmware Extract the zip file you downloaded earlier from the link above, you will get .tar.md5 files and some other files (optional).
  3. Odin Extract the zip file and you will get Odin3 v3.09.exe along with some other files.
  4. Turn off your Android device. Wait 5-6 seconds for vibration to confirm complete switch off.
  5. Now, put the Galaxy S4 (Value Edition) GT-I9515L in Download Mode by pressing and holding the Home button and the Volume Down buttons together while pressing the Power button. Warning screen will appear; press the Volume Up button to enter Download Mode.
  6. Now run Odin3 v3.09.exe (see Step 3) as the Administrator for Admin rights need to complete the current process (applies only Windows Vista and higher).
  7. Now connect your device to your PC using the USB cable. An "Added !!" massage will appear in the message box of Odin. If you do not get the same then you should try a different USB port (try the USB port located on the back of your desktop PC). If that too does not work then you have to reinstall the drivers. If you managed to see "Added !!" message in Odin then you are ready to go in the next step. You also have to look at the COM port number in the Yellow if you have successfully added your device.
  8. Click the AP button, and select the file .tar.md5 you get in Step 2. Old Odin users click on the PDA button instead
  9. In the Odin window, make sure only the Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time checkboxes are selected.
  10. Check all that we mentioned in Step 8 and Step 9 above. Now, Once satisfied press the START button to start the flashing process.
  11. After flashing is complete, your Galaxy S4 (Value Edition) GT-I9515L will restart and soon you will see the PASS message with a green background in the left-most box at the very top of Odin. Now you can unplug the USB cable to disconnect your device from the computer.
